The law limits how long you can be sued on a debt and how long a debt can appear on your credit report. Due to the age of this debt, our client and Shepherd Outsourcing, LLC cannot sue you for it. If you do not pay the debt, our client and Shepherd Outsourcing, LLC may report or continue to report it to the credit reporting agencies as unpaid for as long as the law permits this reporting.  As required by Utah law, you are hereby notified that a negative credit report reflecting on your credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if you fail to fulfill the terms of your credit obligations.
