The law limits how long you can be sued on a debt and how long a debt can appear on your credit report. Due to the age of this debt, out client and Shepherd Outsourcing, LLC will not sue you for it or report payment or non-payment to a credit bureau.  Even if the statute of limitations has expired, you may choose to make payments on the debt. However, be aware: if you make a payment on the debt, admit to owing the debt, promise to pay the debt, or waive the statute of limitations on the debt, the time period in which the debt is enforceable in court may start again.  This collection agency is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.   Pursuant to MS § 332.365, we have enclosed Minnesota’s Credit Counseling Services to Debtors Resource List.  If you feel that your concerns have not been addressed, please contact 1-855-410-6059 and allow us the opportunity to try and address your concerns.
